Career Objective
To apply 8+ years of frontend engineering experience toward building scalable, high-impact web products that serve millions of users. I aim to drive technical excellence through robust design systems, microfrontend architecture, and strong engineering practices — while continuing to grow as a leader who raises the bar for teams around me. I thrive in environments that value ownership, craft, and collaboration, and I am committed to delivering software that is not only functional, but genuinely delightful to use.
Experience
- Building microfrontends and reusable web components for the CRM Integrations team, powering bi-directional sync between Apollo and Salesforce, HubSpot, and 50+ CRM platforms.
- Won Apollo's internal Cloudathon by building a Claude Skill that ingests live Zendesk KB articles alongside codebases, PRDs, and ERDs, performs natural language gap analysis, and outputs confidence-ranked reports specifying exact article updates, new titles, headings, and content.
- Increased test coverage from 39% to 76% in a single sprint by authoring comprehensive test suites with AI-assisted tooling (Claude, Cursor) — a 37-point lift delivered alongside regular feature work.
- Reduced frontend bundle size by 3 MB by introducing a shared typography system, eliminating redundant utility classes, and running an automated CSS migration script across the codebase.
- Architecting and maintaining a shared UI component library that standardises design and accelerates delivery across integration projects.
- Led a team of 6 engineers to design and ship a scalable microfrontend architecture and shared web component library used across multiple Freshworks products.
- Established frontend standards, code review practices, and component governance that reduced duplication and improved cross-team delivery speed.
- Drove technical decision-making on framework selection, state management, and design system adoption in close collaboration with product and design.
- Owned end-to-end frontend development for Freshping (uptime monitoring) and Freshstatus (status pages), both serving thousands of teams globally.
- Led the frontend launch of Freshsurvey, a new product in the Freshworks suite, from architecture through release.
- Partnered with design and QA teams to maintain performance, accessibility, and visual quality at scale.
