Career Objective
To apply 8+ years of frontend engineering experience toward building scalable, high-impact web products. I aim to drive technical excellence through design systems, microfrontend architecture, and strong engineering practices — while growing as someone who raises the bar for teams around me. I thrive where ownership, craft, and collaboration matter, and I am committed to shipping software that is not only functional, but delightful to use.
Experience
- Built CRM integration features powering bi-directional sync between Apollo and Salesforce, HubSpot, and 50+ platforms — primarily frontend, with supporting backend work on sync and onboarding flows.
- Improved frontend delivery quality: raised test coverage from 39% to 76% in a sprint with AI-assisted tooling, cut bundle size by 3 MB via a shared typography system and CSS migration, and standardised reusable UI for integration surfaces.
- Drove frontend observability through Datadog and tightened user-feedback loops via Zendesk, Intercom, and Enterpret integrations.
- Won Apollo's internal Cloudathon by building a Claude Skill that analyses Zendesk KB articles against codebases and PRDs and outputs confidence-ranked gap reports with exact article updates.
- Recently on growth: own Amplitude A/B experiments end-to-end (bucketing, targeting, exposure, staging→prod) for customer-lifecycle and team-expansion surfaces — including Chrome Extension releases — with rollouts and rollbacks driven by Amplitude metrics; also Customer.io lifecycle email triggers.
- Led a team of 6 engineers to design and ship a scalable microfrontend architecture and shared web component library used across multiple Freshworks products.
- Established frontend standards, code review practices, and component governance that reduced duplication and improved cross-team delivery speed.
- Drove technical decision-making on framework selection, state management, and design system adoption in close collaboration with product and design.
- Owned end-to-end frontend development for Freshping (uptime monitoring) and Freshstatus (status pages), both serving thousands of teams globally.
- Led the frontend launch of Freshsurvey, a new product in the Freshworks suite, from architecture through release.
- Partnered with design and QA teams to maintain performance, accessibility, and visual quality at scale.
